Dyseno B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Dyseno B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary to perform the Agreement and comply with any legal obligation. Use of artificial intelligence

Dyseno offers features that allow users to generate, edit or enhance images, video, audio, voices, text and other content using artificial intelligence.

When you use these features, Dyseno may process the instructions, prompts and uploaded files you provide. Depending on the feature used, this data may include text, images, documents, video, audio, voices, portraits and other personal data that you or another user provides to Dyseno. We also process the generated results and technical data relating to the AI job performed.

We process this data to perform the requested AI Feature, make the results available on the Platform, provide technical support, investigate disruptions, prevent misuse and monitor the security and proper operation of the service.

To perform AI jobs, Dyseno uses external providers of AI models, model hosting and AI infrastructure. The required prompts, uploads and other data may be transmitted to these providers. Depending on the selected feature and provider, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Dyseno uses a legally permitted transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

The retention period for AI Input and generated results depends on the Membership, the feature used and the retention periods of the relevant supplier. AI content may remain available on the Platform during an active Membership. After termination, access may end immediately and data may subsequently be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable retention schedule. Data may remain for a limited period in secure backups, technical logs or supplier systems.

Dyseno reviews the terms and settings of the AI suppliers it uses regarding the retention and use of customer data. Dyseno makes commitments regarding non-use of customer data for training AI models only to the extent that this demonstrably follows from the applicable contracts and production settings.

Users may submit personal data, portraits, voices and other material only where they have a valid legal basis and the necessary rights and consents.
